We had the pleasure of launching the “Civil Society Action Fair”, together with GDA (Good Deeds Day) and the Government of the City of Buenos Aires (GCBA). The event took place on April 19th at Plaza el Elefante Blanco, Villa Lugano. The fair served as a crucial space for the exchange of ideas and collaboration among diverse civil society organizations, supported by GDA and the GCBA. Additionally, we coordinated the “Second Webinar of the Good Deeds Day.” The webinar demonstrated the crucial role of volunteers in promoting the common good and active civic participation in the community, solidifying the commitment as National Coordinators.
We also launched “The Guide on Artificial Intelligence for CSOs.” This guide was introduced as a vital tool for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), providing practical guidance on how to ethically integrate and utilize artificial intelligence in their operations and programs.
Organized by our members and hosted in AMIA, the “Human Talent Discussion: Onboarding Process and Diversity Management in NGOs” was a panel discussion highlighting effective strategies for integrating and managing diversity within NGOs, focusing on onboarding processes and human talent development. These events not only strengthen social fabric and promote civic participation but also demonstrate a continuous commitment to innovation and improvement within the social sector.
