The blindenes prevention and awareness week begins in Novermber of every year in our organisation program outiline. In our recent eye screenning, we indentified about 12 children who will need advanced screening.
The team has recently partnered with Victory Life Hospital who will carried out this advance screening in during the blindness prevention and Awareness Week.
Our programs are embedded in schools and local communities to increase eye care awareness and ensure that children with vision problems get the ongoing care they need.
