This project is driven by a desire for sustainability, energy independence, and a reduced environmental footprint.
The primary source of energy in the eco-village comes from solar panels. These panels are installed on rooftops and communal areas, harnessing the abundant sunlight in the region. By generating our own energy, the village reduces reliance on external electricity suppliers, lowering costs and increasing resilience to power outages.
Despite challenges such as high initial costs and the need for technical expertise, the long-term benefits for the environment, economy, and society are substantial, making this project crucial in the global effort to combat climate change and promote sustainability.
Little by litle we are transforming every each project/ program at Nourish to solar. This way we can ensure children never missing out on education and the oppertunity to learn .
We wish to get more funding for this project and to grow our solar system to other parts of Nourish .
