Dear friend,
HOPE has good news for you!
Recently, HOPE Foundation started a proyect that will open 4 Birthing Center in the remote area of Kutubdia island.
These will be the first Birting Centers in the entire island.
As you know, Birthing Centers provide essential maternal health in remote rural areas where there is no other access to care.
HOPE has to ensure that the new Birthing Centers are fully supported by the community. By organizing these Mothers' Clubs in the same area lead by the midwife in charge, we ensure this to happen by encouraging women to come to seek the medical care the need.
In the future, the number of Mothers' Clubs will increase to 10 per each Birth Center. We aim to complete this expansion by this year!
HOPE Mothers club is an educational meeting in pregnancy care and the importance of checkups for the mother and the baby. It ensures continuous knowledge, training, and understanding of services in remote communities. We cannot wait to see the impact they have on this new community as women take charge of their family, friends, and neighbor's health.
Thank you for supporting these women who want to ensure prosperous, healthy lives for all.
Sincerely,
