Young Innovators Creating Change!

By Marshall Bailly | Executive Director Leadership Initiatives

Dear Amazing Leadership Initiatives Supporter,

I would like to take a moment to introduce one of our international business alliance program teams from Texas who is transforming Sani's fish farm in a phenomenal way. The TMI Episcopal School of Texas has been hard at work with Texas A&M to create new shading gear to cover entire fish farm pools to cool the water the fish live in.

The idea behind this solution is that by creating shading gear using local resources, Sani can lower temperatures in the pools by 2 to 3 degrees. This will create the most opportune temperature for fish to breed and for them to grow to their ideal weights.
Over the coming months I am excited to share this solution with you as it moves forward so you can see how your support is transforming lives across the globe.
Below is the The TMI Episcopal School of Texas mission statement and why they are fighting so hard to change lives.
The TMI Episcopal School of Texas
Mission Statement

Our mission is to make a more unified, successful world through economic growth and international friendships. As a group, we are going to work with our business partners and mentors to efficiently create solutions that will raise revenue for an upcoming business in a third world country. We are going to work as a team in all aspects, which include and are not limited to fundraising, communications with our business associates, brainstorming on special projects, contacting local media to ensure our project is known throughout the community and assisting each other in our college endeavors. We plan to collaborate with each other to ensure that our work and its results are for the sole benefit of our partners and that due to our work ethic and stamina, our business partners will thrive in their growing communities.
This partnership has been made possible through you and owe much of their success to your support.

Once again Leadership Initiatives and everyone within our family and community would like to thank you for your support and would love have you involved with Leadership Initiatives if you ever want to help grow our programs, learn of ways you can participate or have new ideas on how to develop our programs please contact me at mbailly@lichange.org. Your hard work and intelligence is the greatest gift we could receive as we try and create a better world.

Wishing you a wonderful Spring,

Marshall and the entire Leadership Initiatives Family
