The Gardi women group has sold all fishes, Ducks and Chicken of the last year to earn around 10,000 USD. The net profit is 6,500 USD and is deposited in the bank account.
Second lots of fishes, Ducks and Chicken are placed now, 1 additional shed is constructed with the financial support from the municipality. This has made easy to increase the numbers of Ducks and Chicken. 4,000 baby fishes are placed in 4 fish ponds.
Conclusion: The women group is becoming self sustainable slowly, new members are increasing in the group. Excess water from the solar pumps is being used for the early paddy harvesting and vegetable farming by neighboring farmers.
