Hello Friends of the Hogar Santa Ana:
These last few months have been good for our ladies.
We have been able to continue offering them the possibility of joining some workshops, and this is really good for them, allowing them to socialize, further develop their skills, and enjoy outings.
One of the preferred workshops is the music group. They even go to sing outsinde our home, bringing joy to other people in the community who are going through difficult times.
Another one is the arts and crafts workshop. They paint, knit, and also find the possibility of sharing, by making blankets that they give to the neighboring hospital.
The sense of still being useful to others does wonders for their self-esteem, and gives them a purpose in life. Its never too late to help others!
We also had a hairdresser school come visit us and to our ladies coiffure!
More to follow in the next report! Thank you for your ongoing support.
