By Centro Ecologico Los Cuartos | Centro Ecologico Los Cuartos

11 families who participated in a training

This Saturday, 5th of September 2020, Centro Ecologico Los Cuartos invited members of 11 families of the neighboring communities of the municipality of Jesus Maria of the state of Aguascalientes, Mexico, to participate in the training about the installation of a family garden in a house. People of different ages participated actively and committed themselves to creating a family garden in their houses.

During the training people were introduced to various themes: soil, compost and how to make it in your house using organic waste, biointensive gardening and different methods to implement in order to produce more harvest in a sustainable manner; medicinal plants and how to reproduce them from seedlings.

A kit of seeds, seedlings, manual, little containers for planting, gardening tools and a bag of compost was donated to each of 11 families with a compromise to keep supporting their efforts in the future.

A big thank you for supporting this noble cause and changing lives!
