Queremos compartirte los avances del programa!!

By Carlos Alexis | Fundraiser

Gracias

Good day,

We want to share with you the experience that the young people of the program have had in recent months, as well to tell you how our program adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since March 17, the young people of the program stopped attending to the Community Promotion Centers due to the sanitary security measures that were implemented throughout the country. But this did not mean that the activities of the program stopped; We adapt our program to an online modality through social networks, where we offered classes with different topics such as stress management, resilience and mental health, psychological counseling is also provided by phone, the students only attend the Promotion Centers to collect their maintenance scholarships and for face-to-face therapies in the most urgent cases, and this is done with the appropriate security measures to avoid the risk of contagion.

We are currently preparing to say goodbye to 295 young people of the current generation, of whom 275 will continue their educational level in different high schools, but they will always have the open doors of our Promotion Centers, to visit their former instructors or new students who will be part of the program.

We are very proud of our young people, if you remember they had low grades and didn’t had the security of finishing high school and much less of continuing their studies. All this was thanks to you who believed in them and in our program.

Thank you
