Firstly, let me thank you again for your support towards this project. May you and your family be blessed abundantly !
We are getting ready to donate school essential items to 3,824 rural students.Out of the total, 3,659 rural students are from 13 remote schools in Monaragala District. Its one of the poorest districts in Sri Lanka.
The distribution of each school and the budget of this project are as attached herewith.
We hope to pack these items end of January and transport them to Monaragala District in early February.
The schools for the 1st term of the new grade will commence on the 21st of February. We wish to donate these items from the 18th of February - 20th of February by visiting these schools. A group of volunteers from our team will visit these schools and hand over the school pack to each student.
We will share with you some photographs of the project once we complete it.
Your donation has helped eased the burden of the parents of these schools, and supported their children with the school essentials required to go to school.
