Food prices in Haiti have skyrocketed, leaving families struggling to feed their children. In response, Hope for Haiti's Children has launched a combined summer lunch program and Vacation Bible School (VBS) across various communities in Haiti.
This program is designed to provide essential nutrition and spiritual enrichment to our 2400+ sponsored children across our ten schools. Every Friday in the summer, sponsored children are invited to a VBS at their school where they not only engage in uplifting activities, but also receive a hot, nutritious lunch. Then, at the end of the day, children are given a bag of food to take home to their families, ensuring they have sustenance throughout the week.
We know of many children who, if it were not for the Summer Lunch Program, would go hungry during the summer. Thank you for your donations as it provides food for the kids during the summer!
