We are happy to share news with you!
In the past 3 months we have had so many great things happening!
First we want to thank you for allowing Hearts of Gold to welcome a New Partner Organization, Sustainable Cuenca, a great project that offers free lunches every day to Venezuelans and locals who are homeless and have nothing to eat. They also prepare 70 sandwiches every day and go out on the streets to feed our community in need. what an honor the be surrounded with great partner organizations!
During this period we had the opportunity to start with the first workshop from our Community Assistance Program with the KALLPA WARMI women collective, a selfesteem and Strategic Planning workshop was offered to this incledible group of strong ladies.
We have also worked with NOVA School on creating a new project called INNOVA,this project is focused on the teenagers who will no be accepted in any high school or University because they have reached their hihgest skills level due to their dishabilities. this project will focus on teaching them skills to be independent and work on their adult life.
We have also been working close with another partner, El Arenal Foundation on mentoring and helping them fund their Nutritional Program who feeds 44 children and teenagers who only eat one time a day at this foundation, we are happy to say this project is 90%funded for 2019.
We have also recieven the visit from Yvvone, representative of Humanist Service Corps a volunteering program based in Ghana, we spent 2 weeks showing her the work we do and our partner foundations, she also shared her experiences back home and we were able to learn a lot from each organization.
We are proud, happy and honored to be able to have you as the change maker, each one of this achievments is yours!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HEART OF GOLD!
