The current contingency situation has implied uncertainty for many families, particularly in the most vulnerable sectors such as indigenous peoples, where opportunities are scarce.
The School Food Circle, faced with this challenge, has continued to provide food support to girls, boys, cooks and producers, through the Good Eating Festivities, which have constituted a mechanism that in addition to boosting the local economy, through the economy circular, contributes to the recovery of the local diet and knowledge.
With the project we are providing nutritious food to 130 girls and boys in the municipalities of Pantelhó and San Juan Cancuc, in the state of Chiapas, through the acquisition of community production.
