We brought together a total of 80 school girls from Junior High Schools jeand gave them a comprehensive education on menstrual hygiene including how to take good care of one’s self during period, how to use menstrual products including reusable sanitary pads, and disposable pads. It was an incredible event with girls leaving with extensive knowledge on menstrual hygiene.
The event was impactful, equipping the girls with essential knowledge on managing their menstrual health. While we couldn’t distribute reusable pads this time, we are actively working on providing tthem soon.

"I used to feel ashamed during my period, but now I know it is a natural thing which I should not be ashamed of. I also now know how to take care of myself" - Rafia, 14
