The foundation continues to offer local pre-schoolers and primary school students a safe environment to learn and grow.
With the help of donations from GlobalGiving, we have been able to add a permanent tent over the school's courtyard.
The tent provides shade from the sun and allows us finally to use the space during the course of the school day for both learning and recreational activities.
Before, it was impossible to use the sun-baked space for more than a few miutes at a time. Now, however, we can host events like Celebrate Your Tribe Day and make them a regular feature on our school calendar. And we certainly save money and effort not having to rent and erect temporary tents for the highpoint of our school year, Graduation!
