I hope this report finds you well and in good spirits. Your unwavering support continues to be the driving force behind the success of our endeavors at the Paajaf Educational Institute, and we are deeply grateful for your continued commitment to our mission.

I am delighted to share with you the highlights and achievements of the second term of the 2024 academic year:

Term Dates: The second term of the 2024 academic year commenced on January 10th and concluded today, April 17th, 2024.

Anniversary Celebrations: This term marks the beginning of the 10-year anniversary celebrations of the Paajaf Educational Institute, a significant milestone that we are excited to commemorate and share with our community.

Student Admissions: During this term, we admitted ten new students, bringing our total student enrollment to 98. Each new student represents a life touched and an opportunity created through your generous support.

Guest Visit: We were honored to host Gregory, who visited the school to meet with our dedicated staff and interact with the children. Discussions on board matters were productive and inspiring, furthering our commitment to our mission.

Field Trip: As part of our extracurricular activities and in celebration of our 10-year anniversary, students and staff enjoyed a memorable field trip in February (Red Day) to the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and the Accra Zoo.

Indoor Games: In March, we organized an engaging indoor games event for both students and staff. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to have fun, bond, and build lasting memories together. Photos and videos from the event will be shared shortly.

Curriculum Focus: Our dedicated educators continued to deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum. This ensures that our students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for future academic pursuits.

Upcoming Graduation Ceremony: Looking ahead, we are preparing for a special graduation ceremony for our kindergarten class. This milestone event will celebrate the achievements of our young learners and their readiness for the next phase of their educational journey.
