Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your generous support to our project providing food to 600 families. This reporting period we were able to provide food and other home essentials to 300 families affected by the recent super typhoon Rai. We thank also direct local supporters and friends who helped us mount support for very poor families that were badly hit. Aside from food items like canned goods we were able to provide vegetable seeds so that the families are able to start their own food production activities. We aim to continue support 3 villages within this year and hoping for your continuing support for this important initiative. Thank you very much.

Small farming animals support for farmers

Supporting small enterprise
Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative providing food to 600 farmers. This reporting period, we launched a new social enterprise wherein we provide inputs of small farming animals like chickens, goats and pigs to farmers and they pay in offspring from the animals. In so doing the enterprise is easy for them so unlike when they pay in cash for cash income is in short supply in the villages. Short supply because of the economic downturn caused by the coronavirus pandemic as well as by the severity of climate and frequent storms happening as climate is changing. Poor farmers are the most affected and the need to support them is important. This reporting period we are able to disperse 18 goats and 5 pigs to farmers as their initial capital. Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative providing food to poor families. The misery and difficulties of poor families is acutely felt with the problem of the coronavirus pandemic as well as erratic weather conditions caused by changes in the climate. Hoping that there will be some respite to this in the near future. At present we are trying our very best to assist poor families with their food supply and we are happy to inform you that during this reporting period, we are able to provide for 120 families with vegetable seeds and organic gardening inputs. In so doing we are ensuring continuous food supply in their homes and not depend on sources from outside which is increasingly difficult to procure. Hoping for your continuing support to our initiative. Thank you very much.
