Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your continuing support to our initiative promoting fruit and timber tree growing in order to improve biodiversity. Climate change is real and one of the ways to mitigate this is the growing of trees. Our approach is agro-reforestation or the mixing of food crops with trees and farm animals in order to increase the economic situation of the farmer. We are particularly keen on engaging the youth who do not love agriculture anymore and yearn to go to the cities to find their fortune. This reporting period we provide advocacy and promotion to adult leaders so that they may too learn how we implement our projects. They are very interested and we hope that they will start similar activities in their own areas. We are able to engage a total of 25 adults and we hope to increase the number in the next months.
