Dear Friends:
As every year it has been great for us to have the opportunity to give our children and teenagers a moment of recreation with sweets, cakes and gifts thanks to anonymous heroes, volunteers and us.
The December event was held in our playroom at the same Regional Hospital, which was attended by patients who on this day had their appointment or those who live near our city in Coatzacoalcos Veracruz as well as their parents.
We had gifts like other years, donated from students of the Octavio Paz Educational Center, as well as from Mary Kay's volunteer ladies.
To the parents were also given food pantries donated by volunteers.
On January 6 we had a traditional event in our country (Mexico) , where a special ring shaped cake, known Rosca de Reyes Magos is served with a mug with hot chocolate drink an who receives a slice of bread with a baby Jesús inside, is said, will invite "tamales" for February 2, Candelaria day, while in this day jan 6 they also receive gifts.
The Rosca de Reyes was taken by our volunteer Jorge who was dressed with a "Cantinflas" costume
We greatly appreciate our donor friends who give us their trust during the year, children, young people, their parents and our association send you a warm hug.
Because there will always be a light in each donation that allows us to continue with our work of assuring them of their transportation as well as some medications
We also thank everyone who made these events a pleasant and unforgettable moment for our children and young people.
