Hello friends!
In this report I will share the news about the pediatric patients with cancer , at least 2 of them were sent out of the city since locally no solid (tumors) are treated but in other medical specialty centers for the type of equipment required.
Four patients have passed away this year and two patients abandoned the treatment (their parents decided it was the best for their children ...) treated at the Regional Hospital of the city.
But from February to July there have been more than 10 new positive diagnosis, all needing economically support for their transport... more the patients that already existed.
On average, the majority travels from 5 to 7 hours and use at least 2 buses or community taxi. Only 2 of them make short trips.
As you can see, these trips are more expensive for them because most of them are patient with leukemia and treated once a week (4 or 5 times a month)
At least a 90% of parents are farmers, with 2 to 4 children on average.
As always, I thank you for your valuable support, hoping to have it again.
