dear supporters
As you know, Lebanon is under attack. We are actively engaging in relief efforts amid the ongoing war. Our team is conducting shows in shelters across the country, aiming to bring smiles and joy to those affected by the war.
So far we have done 106 performances and reached 8200 displaced persons. We performed in Beirut, the North and Mount Lebanon. Thank you for supporting the work, it is not only helping people we are performing for but also helping us get out of bed every morning. We have a long list of shelters waiting for us and more to come.
We have been receiving amazing feedback during and after the shows. Small stories and moments that make every second totally worth it.
During one of the performances in a shelter, a young boy, immersed in his game of "war," mimed a gun, acting out scenes of shooting and violence. The clowns, with their playful energy and humor, performed their routine, spreading laughter and joy among the children.
After the show, the boy resumed his game. But something had changed. This time, his "bullets" were no longer imaginary weapons of destruction. Instead, they had become flowers. He mimed handing out blossoms, turning a game of war into one of peace and beauty.
I would like to think that even in the darkest circumstances, imagination and kindness can prevail.
Thank you for supporting Clown Me In
Please keep talking about Lebanon and Palestine.
We are not OK.
