Last week, we participated in different important events about childhood cancer in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this opportunity, our psychologist and Quality of Life Coordinator at Casa Sagrada Familia, Constanza Baeza, presented about Casa de Luz, the first hospice in South America, in the palliative care and bereavement module of the "XVI Meeting of Childhood Cancer", organized by the Childhood Cancer International (CCI). Besides Constanza Baeza, Valeska González, who was a beneficiary of Fundación Casa Familia when she was about ten years old, represented us. Today, Valeska González is the leader of the network of cancer survivors of Casa Familia, called "Renacer".
