Dear Friend,

Thank you very much for your donation to our project feed starving children. In the past our approach was to provide direct food support. We are still doing this especially in the event of a disaster happening in a locality like when there is an ocurrence of a typhoon. On a regular, day to day, normal times, we changed approach by the conduct of capacity-building activities among community residents so that they are able to sustain their food production initiatives. Very common of food production projects is farm-based focusing on the raising of crops, animals and food processing and vending. This reporting period we assisted 25 trainees undertake farm-based livelihood training. We hope to increase the number in the coming months. Again thank you very much for your help.

Very sincerely yours,

Cesario Sayre
