The rains in NE Uganda have been on again, off again this spring. It has been very challenging to plan for the best time to prefare the fields and do the planting. There we some false starts earyl on and some crops failed because the rains did not continue. Right now it is raining and crops are once again in the ground. We are still hoping to purchase additional equipment so we can better prepare more and more ground in the rural villages. These crops are what keeps these people alive.
Thank you for your continues support. I plan to be in Uganda in December for an on the ground assessment.
