It has been a tough planting season in NE Uganda. The rains came in late January and the villages quickly planted their seeds and then the rains stopped. Many of the crops dried up. Unfortunately many of the villagers did not have enough seed to replant with the return of the rain in the past few weeks. We are scambeling with our Ugandan partners to secure addtional seed. Life is very difficult in these remote villages. They rely heavily on the equipemnt we have helped them purchase, but even with the equipment they still are at the mercy of the weather. We greatly appreciate your support.. We could not do it without you.
