Dear Donors,
We are so pleased to announce we have successfully completed another year positively impacting the communities of Los Roques and Canaima!
From April to July, we celebrated our traditional end-of-school-year contests: Spelling Fish in Los Roques and Spelling Monkey in Canaima. We also helped to restore and decorate the classroom where we teach our students in Canaima, equipping it with useful and fun materials. We are so proud of our students, and it fills us with joy to witness their happiness and outstanding efforts being rewarded (some of them with amazing prizes)!
We also celebrated our 5th year anniversary. After 5 wonderful years, we said goodbye to our dear founding Board of Directors. We will always be profoundly grateful with Rafael Martínez, Arantza González, Isabel González and Bettina González, as well with all their amazing management team.
We are now immensely happy to welcome our new board, lead by Nicolle Giraud, Iskaoly Arias, Erika Rivero and Rafael Villalobos, as well as all the amazing new coordinators, chiefs and volunteers of the organization. We are beyond excited to work with our 46 new volunteers, who were chosen among almost 400 applicants due to their outstanding passion and work positively impacting communities and contributing to Venezuela's development.
