E-VEN : Evening the educational gap in Venezuela

Dear donors,

It's been a long time since our last report!

The last time we spoke to you, we were very excited to be able to travel again to Los Roques and see our little turtles after so much time in quarantine.

Today, after working really hard to expand our missions to other states within Venezuela, we are very proud to inform you that we are evaluating the possibility of implementing our program in the communities of Canaima, Bolívar, and Apartaderos, Mérida.

In this report, you can see some pictures of our volunteers on their trip to vet the place, their people, and their culture so we can adjust our project to their necessities as well.

Meanwhile, in Los Roques, we opened adult classes!

We felt it was so important to incorporate the adults of Los Roques in our English classes because one of our main pillars is tourism, one of the most important economic activities in Los Roques.

The adults who attend our classes work directly in the tourism sector, so for them, this is an incredible opportunity to communicate better with foreign tourists that visit the Archipelago.

Finally, none of these things would've been possible without your help and your heartful donations. Not only here on GlobalGiving but also participating in our crowdfunding activities. Such as the bazaar in alliance with Streat Market, Caracas, that took place in October, and we are looking forward to repeating this month as well on the 12th.
