We thank you for your support of Taiwanese Youth! While funds for this project were low, we were still able to provide small internships in the beginning of the year taking one of our indigenous youth as an apprentice at our headquarters. We originally meet her in our workshops almost a decade prior in 2012 in ChingChuan.
She was of great help and support in going with us to provide logistical and hands on support creative education workshops, in various locations such as Taoyuan, Taitung, and Wanhua. We hope to have more opportunities and resources to provide this to our youth - giving them the chance to be able to give back to their communities is so empowering!

About Brighter Futures:
Bright Side Project's unique Brighter Futures Initiative empowers youth via paid apprenticeship and educational support for a brighter future. This has been in mind for us for the past few years to be able to provide our kids with guidance on the next step in the journey of life. This organically came to be after we had been in operation for almost a decade and we knew that our kids, now growing into young adults, needed support in other parts of their lives. In 2020 we kicked off our essential life skill training and had mentorships, tutoring in mathematics, mock interviews, and provided youth with paid volunteer opportunities at various industries to enhance their network and skills.
