This is a case story of Betty, a young girl who was assisted by Katalemwa Cheshire Home and benefited from the funds raised through the Global Giving UK.
Betty is 10 years old, and was diagonised with genu valgum. The parents of the child had no idea that her condition would be handled medically. This girl was found in the community and refered to Katalemwa Cheshire Home for further for further intervention.
With funding raised through Global Giving, Betty had to undergo a surgery to correct the deformity. We have attached to this story some of the pictures with fixators after surgery. Betty dearly appriciates Global Giving for the support towards her surgery.
