For the past 12 months, Peace Bridges Organization (PBO) has been encouraing small groups of woman from Phnom Pehn and natrual resources protection ares from Prey Lang and Preahrokar Forest covered four provinces inclide Kampong Thom, Preah Vihea, Stung Treng and Kratie to come together and discuss ways or what they can do to raise their voice in their family and community. Many of these communties are ethinc minoroty where women are not only marginalised but suffer a lot by violence in home. These woman groups innitiated different community events where they enage with men and local authoties to raise their voice and participation and decision making in their communties and natrual resources protection effort. The community events include celebration of internaltion woman right day, fish release, Children's Right Day, and strategic plan meeting for their ongoing capacity building and community enegagement.
