This summer we focused on adults with autism, Down's Syndrome and other intellectual challenges and created outings for them -- one of which was at our local Wolf Conservation Center which prompted lots of "hooting" and many questions We also provided several naturalist-led hikes for caregivers, survivors of cancer, and the parents and children from our local Special Ed elementary school divisions. We are inspired by the visible difference that these outings make for these individuals and know that our work is noticed and appreciated. We, in turn, are very appreciative of our donors who make this program possible and able to reach a broad range of people.
