Access Nature Partners with HSBC to Create an Educational Worshop

We at Lewisboro Land Trust Access Nature are delighted to announce that we have been selected as a partner for @HSBC’s CSR Graduate Group Initiative in partnership with @GlobalGivingUK.

Over the next three months a group of HSBC Graduates will be offering their time and skills to work on a complex Access Nature project. Recognizing the need be more inclusive and reach out to populations of greater diversity, Access Nature has embarked on creating an educational workshop. When finalized the 90 minute workshop will be offered to other land trusts and outdoor organizations to teach them how to duplicate our work. The HSBC team of 9 will be assisting us in this project. We are excited to see the solutions they come up with for us!

HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services institutions in the world, and serves millions of customers through its Global Businesses. “This is a great honor and opportunity for Access Nature”, said Bonnie Robins, Director of Access Nature. “We were so honored and delighted to be chosen by GlobalGiving, to represent them as partners with HSBC. The HSBC team is global and brings much expertise to our project. The next three months they will work closely with us to help develop and market our educational workshop. We couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for this opportunity.”

Access Nature, a program of the Lewisboro Land Trust, creates outdoor nature experiences for people with disabilities and the disadvantaged, so they can gain the benefits of nature. The program has been successfully serving disabled populations for 6 years, and has reached out to hundreds of participants.
