In low income countries, 90% of women work in unregulated and unstable conditions. When women earn, they reinvest 90% of their income back into their families and communities, driving better education, health and economic outcomes for all. Women and girls around the world face deep, unseen challenges-poverty, trauma, and barriers that limit their opportunities. These struggles don't just shape their present; they define their futures.
By addressing the challenges of poverty and adversity with trauma-informed support, we help women build confidence, make empowered choices, and secure sustainable futures. And it works! More than 150,000 women and girls have been impacted in 24 countries. Last year, 75% of graduates more than doubled their income after graduation, and 90% of the women and girls supported are already contributing to their communities.
For over a decade, we have been working alongside women-led charities to change this.
