More than 1,000 young women from Latin America are already participating in our Motivation, Training, and Accompaniment programs. They have embarked on their journey through the CET path, a set of free training proposals that allow them to build their present and future in the technological field. Through different stages, each one charts her own path to become a technology creator. At CET, we support their trajectories and enhance the opportunities they find in STEM disciplines.

Together with UNICEF, and on the International Day of Girls in ICT, we gathered the stories of young women as an initiative that helps break stereotypes that push young people identifying as female away from these areas and highlight the possibilities that technology holds for them: "My journey in technology began at 18 years old, just after graduating from high school. Even though I had no idea about technology, I dared to discover and try something new." Mary, 19 years old, Santiago de Chile, Chile.
We invite you to listen to their stories HERE
Furthermore, we continue to create and constantly offer proposals for the young women in our #ComunidadCET, our network of Latin American women who choose to continue their education and career in technology. Through free training and mentoring proposals, the young women of #ComunidadCET participate in mentoring processes to develop their personal and professional projects alongside influential women in the industry.
They become acquainted with workspaces, roles, and tasks of women in technology, and learn how to prepare their CV, apply for job openings, and present themselves in job interviews. To further specialize their journey in technology, they also have access to scholarships in UX, Web Programming, Data, AI, and other disciplines.
We share the video that OIT Argentina created based on Lucila's story so that young women learn that technology is a viable path for their personal, academic, and professional journeys.

We continue to work in partnership with actors from the private and public sectors to generate policies, commitments, and actions that reduce barriers to access and retention for women in all their diversity.
Our aim is to create more and more spaces that include young women, so they can contribute their knowledge, perspectives, and experiences and become the future generation of leaders in technology.
