We are almost there. 2021 has proven to have some obstacles to meeting our goal but we are almost there and we will continue to move forward.
We have joined forces with the Reentry Action group to gain more insight on how to grow our project. This group meets on a monthly basis to share resources and offer support into programming. We are continually engaged in the Children and Youth Task force to better understand the needs of our youth as well as resources that may be available to support our youth population.
Our most recent achievement was getting our downstairs room ready for those with access and functional needs. We now have a fully functioning downstairs location at the Romeo Malone community center where youth and others can learn. We are excited about being able to expand our space to support our program needs, making learning accessible for all.
We look forward to your continued support as we move towards fully launching our program.
