We started this project because we believe we can make a difference. We are extremely excited to report that because of your generous donations we were able to secure our first order of devices. We have purchased 22 laptops and 22 coolpads. This will enable us to equip our first group of students with a laptop and wifi to be able to connect to learning throughout the pandemic.
This has been a major factor in us preparing for youth and staff in the VI. Our next step is to secure additional funding IT support and purchase subscriptions needed such as Zoom platforms, HS Diploma curriculum and other training platforms as well as to provide training for incoming and current staff. We are currently working with YouthBuild USA to become an authorized Youthbuild program. We are on the right path and extremely excited that you believed in us enough to support us financially.
