Thank you for standing with Afghan girls!
During GlobalGiving’s recent Little x Little campaign, your generosity helped us raise $2,859—and every dollar has made a real difference. Thanks to you, we were able to support 285 girls in continuing their education through our Secret Scholars Online program in April.
These courageous students are part of a powerful year-long initiative where they are studying English and math, building critical skills for their futures. Right now, over 300 girls are enrolled in this course, despite the enormous risks they face. Under Taliban rule, girls are banned from education past the sixth grade—indefinitely. For many, our program is their only opportunity to continue learning.
But there is hope. The top 30 students in the program will receive full sponsorship to take the TOEFL exam, opening doors to higher education and global scholarship opportunities.
This is more than a course—it's a lifeline. Secret Scholars Online gives Afghan girls a chance to reclaim their voices, dream of futures beyond the restrictions imposed on them, and become leaders in their communities.
