Lack of livelihood resources and unskills forced the women into bonded laborer system. The rescued bonded laborer womewn were organised into samll groups for easy approach of finanacia resources and trained to work as collectively. In our work area for the economical improvements of rescued bonded laborers SHG were formed. The women were given skill trining in coir rope making and developed as entrepreneurs. Seed capital support for self employment were given to coir making. The women started self production and market activities in coir making. Now their incomehasincreased about Rs.300 perday. It is three times multiple of theirprevious income. Nowheirchildren are sent toschooland enjoy theirchildhood rights. Total beneficiaries women: 15. their familiy members enjoy livilyhood rightsand their children are goingtoschool.
