RWDT involves the education and empowerment of rescued bonded laborer women and their children. As on to day 54 women have been supported to start self enreprenership in coir making activities. now they are getting sustainable regular income. They manage their basic needs. Also they can support their children education needs. The women have resources to generate their livelihood income. They become economic independence.
For motivate and educate the women an awareness program has been organized. About 26 women entrepreneurs participated in this program. They were given inputs on fundamental rights, marketing skills and linkages to further expansions of their business. Also they were oriented to maintain daily books to keep records of production, sales, raw material purchase and saving.
Outputs:
The women have gain knowledge in basic fundamental rights,
They were given skills in marketing and expansion of business.
They capacitated to manage their daily work record.
