On January 31st, we had the pleasure of sharing a moment of connection and togetherness during our team-building event. This enriching day brought together parents from the Parent Club, school principals, and Cluster Coordinators from the ZEP (Priority Education Zones) Unit. The main objective of this gathering was to strengthen the ties between parents and schools, ensuring that every parent feels welcomed and valued in the educational journey of their children.

The whole team of TIPA team, who put their heart and energy into organizing this event, allowing everyone to leave with new connections and a stronger vision of collaboration between families and schools.

The day was filled with surprises and discoveries. We started by getting to know each other, exploring TIPA’s initiatives in schools, and engaging in discussions about our collective actions. This exchange then led to an exciting treasure hunt, where participants collected key information to find hidden clues within our premises.

Later, all participants, including the TIPA team, took part in the “Totem Game,” a collaborative challenge where teams had to build a structure tied to ropes, ensuring it remained balanced and upright.

This day was a truly positive experience, reinforcing the crucial bond between schools and parents. It highlighted the importance of collaboration and mutual support in creating a thriving learning environment for children.
