When colleges and universities were allowed to re-open after prolonged lockdown, the ministry of Education along with the Intermediate Board, issued strict Covid Guidelines /SOPs to be implemented and followed across all educational institutions in the country. Khadija Girls College designed and implemented its own Covid SOPs in line with the issued guidelines to ensure the safety of its students and staff. Our Covid safety plan focused on three major areas:
Availability of facilities and modification of infrastructure:
General Preventive Measures.
Students and staff training.
Donate a Book Drive
In order to foster a sense of social and ethical responsibility in its students, Khadija Girls College conducted a “Donate a Book” drive at the start of the current academic year. Since a great number of our students belongs to underprivileged backgrounds and it is hard for them to afford the expensive academic books. Therefore, the senior students of the college were encouraged to donate their old books to the needy junior students. The senior year students also collected books from their friends, families and acquaintances for the book donation program.
