These people have sought assistance for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and coping with life transitions. The post COVID stress, trauma, depression after losing job, financial crisis brought by lockdown has mostly affested male in compare to female. The flexibility and convenience of telecounselling have enabled us to reach individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, ensuring equal access to quality care.
We have observed positive outcomes and improvements in the well-being of our clients through telecounselling. Our team of qualified counsellors has well adapted with this format. With digitization, telecounselling has become accessable to anyone at anyplace.
Despite reaching to may, we still face technical challenges, However, we have promptly addressed this issue by rescheduling the session. Looking ahead, KOSHISH plans to expand the telecounselling service in virtual with new technology. This includes investing in improved technology infrastructure, evaluating and implementing secure platforms, and expanding our team of telecounsellors to meet the growing demand for remote mental health support.
We hope to provide this service at every remote part with your love and concern.
