Not all but many of the earthquake victims’ serious issue is bathing due to recovering water works and its shortage.

After the quake, some could take a shower (or a bath), but some did not since 14th April. Therefore, JEN started bathing assistance. The service users are very exhausted and so nurses check their medical conditions such as blood pressure, body temperature and a physical condition and needs of extra assistance for bathing.

Due to the massive quakes, the victims lost many necessities (see out previous report, the necessities became piles of rubbish) and so they do not have soap, shampoo and conditioner, and towels.

As a result of our bathing assistance, the service users showed smiles.
