Dear Faithful Supporters,
Thank you so much for your generous support! We are humbled by the kindness you have shown our organization, and more importantly, the children of Sierra Leone.
The 2017 EduNations school year began just 3 months ago, kicking off on September 18th. The students were so excited to be back in school learning with all of their friends and fellow classmates. This year, we have close to 2,500 students enrolled in our EduNations schools and receiving a free education. How amazing! And thanks to your help, we were able to provide the students with all the necessary school supplies for this school year. They were so excited to receive their supplies and have been diligently using them in their studies.
Our teachers were very excited to be back as well. Before the school year started, we had a 4 day training for the teachers in our schools led by one of our partners from England. She was a great resource for many of the teachers and did a great job at providing practical steps in lesson development and presentation, questioning, and testing. The teachers were excited to take these concepts they learned and apply them in their own classrooms!
Thank you again for your support of our organization. It brings us great joy to see so many children receiving a quality education and we could not do it without you!
