Dear friend, we share with you the new successes of the medical specialists. Doctors and nurses advance in their knowledge thanks to your support of the Educational Program for Oncological Specialists.
Medical lectures from King Hussein's Cancer Center for doctors.
This year we continue the course of lectures of the medical topics from our KHCC partners.
The online format provides our doctors a great opportunity to get the latest medical knowledge just in front of their computers at work or at home on Saturdays. There were 2 lectures: "Septic shock in immunocompromised children"and "Treatment of solid tumors."
Translations and subscriptions
Subscription to the medical online resource "uptodate.com"
We provided the annual subscription to the medical online resource "uptodate.com" for the Intensive Care Unit of National Children's Specialized Hospital "Ohmatdit", which will provide a team of doctors and nurses with access to important modern medical information: treatment protocols, recommendations for various nosololium on the basis of evidence-based medicine.
“Professional presentation” course from international training agency “Develor”
There were 6 modules that covered a fairly large amount of knowledge, including how to prepare a presentation in Powerpoint, keep the audience's attention in online and even some basic tips of storytelling.
We were helping our participants to understand all these nuances of making presentations. Despite the online format, all participants were very active and persistent in mastering this difficult topic.
English language courses
We launched 7 new online English language groups.
Trainings for nurses
We conducted 2 Leadership Schools and one School of Nursing. We are continuing the successful format from last year.
Thanks to supporters like you, medical specialists in Ukraine are getting better every day. Better for patients whose lives they save on a daily basis.
Thank you for this opportunity to save lives.
