Education for All
We are so delighted to report to you that we have been able to see children in school this past school term, at least our school attendance has risen to 97% compared to 78% the previous school term. This is because you have decided to support our Education for all project. We can’t imagine how we would have been able to send all these children to school without your support. Thanks so much and please continue your support and spreading the word about this project
Of the total 123 children that were sent to school this past school term, 55.3% were females. Socially, girls are considered a weaker sex and they are not valued as the boys therefore finding themselves in situations of not attending school, getting married off early and engaging in child labor. As Another Hope Children’s Ministries, we focus on changing these situations and offering options to these disadvantaged girls. This goes a long way in helping them to reach their potential.
This previous term has seen one of our supported girls attain excellent grades in one of the finest high schools in the country. This will go a long way in equipping her with relevant skills that will enable her take advantage of available opportunities, hence turning her life around. This has all been possible because of your support. Thanks so much.
