Thanks to your invaluable support, we continue to empower local leaders who are driving meaningful and lasting change in their communities. As we look ahead to 2025, GRACE Cares has worked closely with our project partners to enhance their capacity to capture successes, set ambitious goals, and develop strategies for the year ahead.

This year, our local leaders have achieved remarkable progress, including:

Supporting 292 individuals in the Dominican Republic with access to clean and safe water, improving health and quality of life.
Reaching 410 households in Zambia through our mobile library program, providing children with essential books and learning tools to foster education.
Empowering the health and well-being of 60 women who participated in a menstrual health workshop, promoting education and self-care.

These accomplishments are just a glimpse of the significant work being done. In a rapidly changing world, your continued support is more crucial than ever in helping us achieve even greater success in 2025.
