We have come to the end of yet another challenging year. Hopes were high after the vaccine roll out and people vaccinated in numbers including the All Out Africa staff and the support staff we work with in the communities. We had hoped that by now the whole pandemic catastrophe would be in the past but with the new variant (Omicron) it looks like we still need to be patient until it has been eradicated.
With your support during these challenging times, we were able to reach out to the 10 most vulnerable families who received 10 kg Rice, 5 kg Beans, 3kg Sugar, 5kg Chick pieces, Bar of Soap, 2L Cooking Oil and 1kg Salt. The food parcels were also complimented with packets of nutritional supplements called EPAP supplied to us by Eswatini Charitable Trust who are our long standing local partners.
Although schools have been closed due to the political unrest in the country, All Out Africa continued to support orphaned and vulnerable children at the NCPs with nutritional meals. Through your continued support, all the 8 NCP’s received 10kg rice, 10kg beans, 2l cooking oil, 5kg sugar, Soup, salt, and soap and 300 less fortunate children got to benefit. Nothing could stop us from hosting the annual Christmas parties for these less fortunate children. They were treated to Rice, chicken stew or fried chicken, beetroot and butternut, juice as well as cake. Without your support we would not be able to do what we do. Nothing can stop us from trying to alleviate poverty as well as providing Early Childhood Education to children who might have never got the chance to be in a classroom or even hold a crayon. Your support is very much appreciated. Wishing you all Happy Holidays!
