Learners with Disabilities got school uniforms

Dear friends, with the money you donated to MPWDA, we bought school uniforms for six learners with disabilities (dresses for three girls and trousers & shirts for three boys). The beneficiaries were selected from Mpigi UMEA Primary School, a Universal Primary Education School which has over 100 learners with disabilities of different categories. This is a school which Mpigi Distirct Local Goverment allocated a teacher with Sign Language skills to ease teaching and communication for learners with hearing impairments.The boys and girls who benefited look smart.

Thank you so much for the support to promote education among learners with disabilities. This support enables them to stay and complete school and reduces on the school drop outs.
