The world's 3rd Eco-Store is now up and running! Eco-Store La Navideña started quite unexpectedly and organically in our headquarters as word of the project is spreading around town. While our clientele is still small, they are regular. Some of this Eco-Store's most popular items are sugar, coffee, clothes soap and detergent, bleach and even bed comforters. Across the 3 Eco-Stores we now have over 2,500 eco-bricks to be used in the construction of more than 3 rainwater harvesting systems. We are also currently applying for funds to open 2 additional Eco-Stores as well as we have secured funds to keep these first 3 Eco-Stores running for an additional 6 months. This project has been a blessing to our community and our environment and has prevented over 625 pounds of plastic trash from being thrown in rivers or burned. Thanks again for your support! Additional donations will go towards maintaining the current Eco-Stores to keep the project going.
